How do I get my tickets that I purchased on this website?

We don’t mail tickets. Just bring the order confirmation with the QR code that we emailed you to the event to pick up your passes. This can be printed or shown to us on your phone. 

If you have lost the order confirmation email that was sent to you or never received it then just do the following:

  1. Login to your account here:

My Account

2. Click “Orders” and a list of your previous orders will pop up. Click on “View” next to your order. Under “Tickets” click “Download.”

3. Bring that page with the QR code to the show to claim your passes. You can show us this on your phone or as a printed copy.

4. Due to a system error, some tickets purchased in August were blank. If your ticket is blank, please bring a copy of your email confirmation or show us the order under “My Account” on your phone.
