Pollyanna McIntosh has unfortunately been forced to cancel. The current film she is working on has had location issues and she is now required to shoot during the weekend of the convention.
However, we've booked another guest from The Woman.
In the midst of Pollyanna McIntosh's unavoidable cancellation, we're excited to announce that Carlee Baker will be joining the Texas red carpet premiere of The Woman as well as Texas Frightmare Weekend.
Carlee also starred in "Blue Like You" which will be screening prior to "The Woman" as well as "Wicked Lake", Cinemax's "Femme Fatales" and more.

Unfortunately, for the second year in a row, Keir Dullea has had to cancel. Keir is involved in a stage production that was supposed to wrap before TFW. However, due to it's success it has been held over thus preventing his appearance at this year's Texas Frightmare Weekend.

Texas Frightmare Weekend is pleased to announce the Texas premiere of Lucky McKee's controversial film THE WOMAN at the Studio Movie Grill (1600 South Stemmons, Lewisville, TX). The presentation will include red carpet entrances by McKee as well as the film's stars Pollyanna McIntosh, Sean Bridgers and Shyla Molhusen.
McKee's THE WOMAN (produced by OFFSPRING director Andrew van den Houten) follows the horror that results when a successful country lawyer captures a wild woman in the woods and forces his family to help him "civilize" her. The film's premiere screening earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival turned into a controversial event after one audience member hurt themselves trying to exit the theater and another audience member accosted McKee as the director attempted to begin a post screening Q&A because both people had become so completely distressed and upset by the intense content and violence in the film. THE WOMAN also stars Angela Bettis and Lauren Ashley Carter.
The film also owes the casting of Shyla Molhusen to TFW as McKee's father discovered the daughter of Artwith Designs Latex owner Kurt Molhusen at last year's event. Molhusen has been a vendor at the convention each year since it's inception in 2006.
